Returns & Exchanges

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pelicangolfco.com with your name, order #, and reason for your return.

*Please note that if returned item(s) are not received within 15 business days after return instructions email has been sent, return will no longer be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We suggest that you place an order for the item that you want in exchange before returning your original purchase to ensure the item you want is in stock and available.


Refunds
You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

*We currently do not provide return labels for returns and exchanges, unless item is damaged or defective upon arrival. (Photos will be required).

*Shipping costs are not refundable.
